Terms and Conditions for Paid Training Session Registration

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By registering for our training sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Registration: Registration for our training sessions is subject to payment confirmation. You will be considered officially registered once full payment has been received and you receive an email confirmation from us.
3. Payment: All payments for registration must be made in advance and in full. We accept a variety of payment methods, which will be specified at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation by Participant:
   
   1. Participants may cancel their registration free of charge up to six weeks before the date of the training session.
   2. If a participant cancels their registration between six weeks and two weeks before the training session, they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration cost.
   3. If a participant cancels within two weeks of the training session, no refund will be provided.
5. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. This refund is limited to the registration fee only; we are not liable for any other costs incurred, such as non-refundable travel or lodging expenses.
6. Changes to the Training Session: We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the training session schedule, content, location, or instructors without prior notice. These changes will not affect the overall quality and objectives of the training session.
7. Intellectual Property Rights: All training materials provided are the intellectual property of our organization or our partners. Any duplication, distribution, or use of the training materials without explicit permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by participants, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising in relation to the training session.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
